This week, we will explain further how we adopt the use of the 4 basic marketing factors by exploring in more detail the first factor: The product – your holiday let.
Your property might be a new investment, the conversion of an old barn or annexe or already being let as a holiday home. It doesn’t matter whether your ‘product’ is a luxury modern coastal apartment, a cosy barn conversion for two, a family holiday home by the sea or even a large elegant manor house, it’s always about having a good product.
You can influence the ‘quality’ of this product by how you choose to renovate, decorate and furnish your property. You will need to put yourself in the mind and eyes of potential guests, and not just presenting it how you would like it.
The first time potential guests will see your holiday property will likely to be on a computer, tablet or even mobile phone, so it is crucial that the photography is professional as these will be the main selling tool. However, it is also important to stress that they should also accurately reflect what you are offering to make sure you manage guest expectations.
