We manage bookings and enquiries for self-catered holiday accommodation across the UK. All payments and information are handled through a third party booking system called Supercontrol. We do not own the properties you will be booking, so although the booking is made through us, your contract will be between you and the owner.We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties

We do not store any of your information within the company, either physically or on our servers.

If you are browsing any of our websites, then you will be sending anonymous data through Google Analytics, so that we can make sure our sites are performing correctly and users are finding where they need to go.
If you have made an enquiry about booking one our holiday cottages, we will collect contact details such as your name, email address, any specific travel arrangements.
When you book a property that is managed My Favourite Cottages, we will collect details in relation to that specific booking. This is likely to include your name, address, phone number, email address, size of your party and information about your holiday.
If you are enquiring about letting your property as a holiday cottage, we will collect details such as your name, contact information and details about the property you wish to let.

We use information about you to process your holiday booking/reservation and contact you about the booking when necessary.
We provide your email address and phone number to the owners of the holiday cottage you have booked for the purpose of contacting you regarding your booking.

We only collect and hold your email address in order to send you communications in connection with your bookings and enquiries. We deal with all our communication My Favourite Cottages – there are no other marketing partners or affiliates which we will give any of your details to.
As part of our current marketing activity, we may send information that is relevant about our range of holiday cottages to guests who have previously enquired about one of the cottages in the My Favourite Cottages’ portfolio.
We will send out e-newsletters via our Sendinblue email marketing system, which will include any new properties, latest discounts, seasonal offers and availability and other information. Any member of our database can remove themselves from receiving such email communications at any time. Each email newsletter sent will provide the option for members to ‘unsubscribe’ and therefore remove themselves from the list to receive any future communications.
At My Favourite Cottages we have a simple attitude to the privacy of your email address, your phone number and your postal address. We won’t swap, sell, share or rent any of your personal information to third parties. We also won’t try to push affiliate or marketing partner products or services on to you. The only communication you will receive from us, will be from us or appointed agents, My Favourite Cottages Ltd, and about our holiday cottages.
