As you enter through the boot room, offering ample space for shoes and coats, you step into the inviting open-plan living space. Here, charming beams and an exposed stone wall at one end create a characterful ambiance, while three south-facing windows showcase panoramic views of the farm and the picturesque surrounding countryside.
The lounge area, adorned with solid oak floors, features entertainment amenities such as a TV with Sky, Freeview, DVD player, and a CD player. The property is equipped with WiFi, and recently installed superfast broadband ensures a seamless online experience. The kitchen and dining area are well-appointed, offering an electric cooker and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine for your convenience.
On the ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, each complemented by an en-suite shower room with a toilet, providing both comfort and privacy for guests.
The enclosed patio, conveniently situated just outside the property, can be accessed through the French doors from one of the bedrooms. It comes fully equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue, providing an ideal space for outdoor relaxation and dining.

For equestrian enthusiasts, The Granary offers exceptional facilities on a DIY basis from March to the end of October. The farm provides direct access to excellent hacking routes, including the renowned Coleridge Way bridle path. What better way to immerse yourself in the local countryside than on horseback?
The modern stabling facilities, housed in a newly converted American Barn, include a wash-down area and a spacious, secure tack room with drying facilities. Individual turnout paddocks are available, and the price includes hay and straw. Stabling and turnout for horses are offered at £20 per night per horse, allowing guests to make the most of the farm's equestrian amenities.
