Oare Manor Cottage unfolds as a generously spacious dwelling, surrounded by an expansive garden for your delight. Accessible through a private drive, it unveils a parking area right before the cottage entrance.
On the ground floor, a capacious sitting room welcomes you with a grand inglenook fireplace with a wood-burning stove, two sofas and an arm chair. The breakfast room seamlessly connects to a well-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer a fridge, a freezer, a cooker, a toaster, and a microwave, complemented by an adjoining utility space. The focal point for dining is the conservatory, featuring a sizable oak table comfortably seating six guests. A downstairs bedroom suite adds to the convenience, offering a double bedroom, dressing room, and a well-appointed shower room comprising a toilet, hand basin, and shower unit.
Ascending the staircase, three additional bedrooms await your discovery, one with a super-king-sized bed, another with a double bed, and a third with full-size twin beds. The upstairs bathroom features a bath and hand basin, accompanied by a separate toilet for added convenience.
Oare Manor Cottage welcomes you through its exclusive private drive, secured by a gated entrance from the main road. Enveloped by a sizable garden, the property offers a delightful patio area on the side, featuring a charming picnic bench – an ideal spot to unwind and bask in the warmth of the afternoon sun! Additionally, a small ornamental fish pond graces the end of the patio. While the pond's sides are raised, it's essential to note that supervision is necessary for children at all times to ensure their safety.
