Crooked Lake is a quaint 17th century Devon cottage tucked away in the quiet and beautiful North Devon countryside. Full of period charm and quaint original features, this charming stone cottage comfortably sleeps up to five guests in three bedrooms.

As you enter Crooked Lake Cottage, you will immediately find an elegant dining room with a charming ornamental fireplace and a dining table that comfortably seats 5. There is a period lounge with an original fireplace, exposed beams and a multi-fuel burner. A large corner sofa and a flat screen smart TV to offer the perfect spot for a relaxing evening after enjoyable days exploring. From the lounge, there is a spacious sunroom that provides lovely garden views and access to the main garden terrace. At the back of the cottage is a wonderful kitchen/breakfast room, this has a lovely traditional feel and is fully equipped for cooking on a self-catering holiday. Appliances include an electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and washer/dryer. There is also a lovely breakfast table, which is positioned to overlook the garden and is ideal for leisurely breakfasts. From the kitchen, you can access outside to a second patio area within the garden.

On the first floor, three well-presented bedrooms include a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. A separate family bathroom with a bath and electric shower overhead services the other two bedrooms.

The cottage is surrounded by a stunning mature garden and benefits from two patio areas so guests can relax and make the most of the sunshine. There is a natural stream at the rear of the property, and an ancient woodland can be accessed.
