The North Cornish village of Crantock is a popular choice for families and dog owners. It’s home to one of the best beaches and the village has a well-stocked village shop, a tea room and two good pubs.
It’s also just 5 miles away from Newquay, where its Fistral Beach is always popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts. Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef also based in Newquay provide great day outs.
Nearby, the South West Coastal Path provides an excellent choice of walks for walking enthusiasts.
