1. To be eligible for this £500 reward promotion, you must be the legal owner of a holiday property.

2. To be eligible for the £500 reward:

• The property or properties must earn a minimum of £900 peak week rental
• Signed contracts from the owner must be received by MFC
• Only one £500 reward will be issued per property owner
• Owners will receive their £500 reward by cheque or bank transfer. 
• MFC must be the sole holiday letting agent for the property.
