The first floor of Six Tors Road opens to the property entrance before veering off to the right for your utility and downstairs bathroom or to your left the cosy lounge with seating for 8 on 2 sofas and a love chair. Past the stairs you will discover the open plan kitchen diner, the orange fridge, oven and matching pillows along with the velux windows bring life and light into the large room. Through the patio doors you will find the outdoor furniture and log burner barbeque ideal after a long day for your evening dining.
The colour staircase runner guides you to the first floor bathroom with a walk in shower and his and her sinks on a split level between the ground floor and first floor before moving onto the twin zip / Super-king and link bedroom and finally further down the hallway onto the super king bedroom.
The top floor is home to a WC, twin zip and link / Super-king bedroom and master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom fitted with a toilet, wash basin and shower.

Situated alongside the East Lyn River it is only a short stroll from the cottage into the harbour village of Lynmouth. The seaside village, which is where Exmoor meets the sea, is home to several small shops, as well as tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. Attraction wise, Lynmouth has its own children’s play area, a family friendly putting green and the Cliff Railway, which is a water powered funicular railway that operates between Lynmouth and Lynton.
