The open plan kitchen/ diner on the ground floor has a grand bay window offering picturesque views so clear you may think it's a picture on the wall. The downstairs bathroom at the back of the property has a sink, w/c and shower. The garden is accessible from the back of the property or from the side via the slope. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and washing machine in dryer in the cupboard in the hall way.
The first floor & ground floor is split by a family bathroom with a bath tub, w/c and sink before we welcome the properties four bedroom. Nor West is located on the edge of Appledore overlooking Westward ho! and with views out to Crow Point and Saunton. On a clear summers day you will enjoy the sun setting beside Lundy Island as the water trickles up the estuary, a beautiful sight like you would not image. Appledore is a charming fishing village only a short drive to Westwardo Ho!, Bidiford and Instow for lovely walks, romantic meals out and a number of great dog walks.
