Loft House

Located in the centre of Woolacombe, Loft House is the perfect coastal holiday retreat for families looking for a beachside break. With a private hot tub on the decking and a contemporary open plan living space, you can relax after a day on the beach with your loved ones. 

Loft house is partially upside down with two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor with the open plan living area and master bedroom on the first floor. The property is accessible via the private garage which leads into the hallways with the twin bedroom and double bedroom on the right and the family bathroom at the end of the corridor. The twin bedroom has two single beds with a middle bedside table and clothes storage. The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and clothes storage. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash basin unit and w/c. 

Up the stairs from the hallway is the open plan living area with a dining table seating 6, a sofa and chair facing the smart TV, a desk and bean bags for the little ones. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an electric oven and hob and two Velux windows. The master bedroom is just beyond the kitchen down a few steps with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a set of drawers and a freestanding wardrobe. 

The private decking is through the patio doors in the living room and has a 6 person hot tub, gas BBQ and furniture for alfresco dining. 

The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage. Loft House is dog friendly, there is a £30 fee per dog, please enquiry if you are bringing more than 1 dog, dogs are not allowed on any furniture. 

Please note the standard check in day in peak season is Saturday, flexible arrival out of peak season. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. Gas bbq on decking. 6 person hot tub on decking. Check in 5pm, check out 10am. £150 refundable security deposit. £30 fee per dog.
