Set over three floors, this stunning Braunton holiday cottage has been been thoughtfully finished and furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor boasts a stunning open plan living space with underfloor heating. A comfy lounge area features sofas, a large TV, an open fireplace with a woodburner and double doors leading out on the enclosed garden. The dining area features a huge dining table and chairs to comfortably seat up to 12 people, ideal for gathering everyone together for family suppers. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and enjoys lovely views over the garden. A breakfast bar also provides the perfect spot for a quick cuppa or light bite.
A handy utility room is home to a washing machine, tumble dryer and space for hanging wetsuits after a day in the surf. There is also a separate downstairs bathroom, with a basin and WC.
There is also a ground floor double bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower, basin and WC), ideal for grandparents and guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs, there are a further five well-presented bedrooms. On the first floor, the first three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, a bright and spacious double bedroom, and another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.
On the second floor, there are two further bedrooms. These are both twin bedrooms with full-size single beds and are accessed via a steep set of stairs. They may not be suitable for small children or guests with mobility issues.
Outside, a large paved terrace with BBQ leads out onto a lawn area, perfect for playing games with the kids, plus beyond the gate, there is an orchard and stream.
