Grooms Cottage is a charming cottage in Winkleigh with a private walled garden & BBQ perfect for family weekends in the sunshine. The 2 bedroom property comfortably sleeps 4 people in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom. 

As you enter the property the high ceilings and spacious living room draw you in, the living room has ample seating around the fireplace and TV in the corner of the room with 2 sofas and a chair. The dining room table in the open living room easily seats 4 people. 

The kitchen has large windows facing out to the walled garden, letting in plenty of light into the spacious kitchen which has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The kettle, toaster and microwave are to the left of the electric oven and hob. There is seating in the kitchen if you’d prefer your meals with a view of the garden. 

The bedrooms and bathroom at this property are up a small set of stairs (5 steps) through the living room and along the corridor. The family bathroom is the first right after the stairs, tiled floors line the bathroom which has a w/c, a bathtub with shower attachments and a sink. 

The first bedroom is a double bedroom with character wooden panels lining the side wall and a window letting light through in the morning. There is plenty of storage space in the drawers and a mirror in this room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of drawers and wardrobe space for clothes storage and bedside tables. 

The garden at Grooms Cottage has outdoor furniture and a BBQ for alfresco dining on a warm summer's evening. The high walls surrounding the garden provide plenty of privacy.
