These comprise of one triple room with three standard single beds, a large room with a super king sized bed and single bed, a double bedroom with super king-sized bed, two double bedrooms and the final double bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is also a family bathroom.
Outside, there is an enclosed front garden, plus extensive grounds towards the rear of the property (with rockery, orchard, lawned areas). In a nearby Barn, guest also have access to a skittle alley.

The small Devon village of Petrockstowe has al traditional village inn (The Laurels Inn) , two churches ( St Petroc’s Church and Petrockstowe Methodist Chapel) , and a recreation ground which includes a cricket pitch, 9 hole pitch and putt golf, skate ramp, pavilion and hosts many village events throughout the year. For cyclists and keen walkers, the famous Tarka Trail is right on your doorstep providing miles and miles of car free paths. The nature reserves at Heath Quarry and Ash Moor are worth exploring to discover the diverse range of wildlife and fauna in the local area. The larger market town of Torrington, steeped in history is home to many independent shops, a pannier market and its key attractions, Dartington Crystal, the UK’s remaining glass factory and the RHS gardens at Rosemoor are only a short drive away. The city of Exeter offers an alternative day out, only a 30 minute drive away.
